Q: What batteries work with the Quickertek Apple Juicz battery pack?
A: Virtually any AA battery will work. Just make sure that they are all the same type.
Q: What batteries work the best?
A: The higher the capacity (mAhr) will work the best that means NiZinc are the best.
Q: What devices will the Apple Juicz charge/ Power?
A: Our device is specially designed to power Appleʼs iPhone, iPad, iTouch. As these
devices require unique circuitry to charge / power them on.
Q: Will It work on any USB powered device?
A: Yes, most probably, it meets all the USB standards. We have not found anything that
it wonʼt work on. If it will plug in is should work!
Q: Can I use my Iphone/Ipad/Ipod while the battery box is connected?
A: yes to all
Q: How long will battery box extend the use of the Ipad?(3)~see notes below..
A: About 4 hours, but the batteries will be discharged by then too.
Q: How long will it take to charge my Ipad using NiZinc batteries?(1)~see notes below..
A: About 4 hours, the same as it if was plugged in the wall charger
Q: How do I know if the I device is charging?
A: in the top right corner the Apple charging ~ indicator will be on or the “ wall Plug” will
be on which means it fully charged or being powered by the battery back.
Q: How will I know when the AA batteries are dead?
A: when either of these indicators does not come on or the on/off switch is in the off
position.
Q: Can I charge the AA batteries inside of the Little Black Box with a USB Cable?
A: No, there is no battery recharging circuitry.
Q: Should I worry that the Little Black Box gets warm with use?
A: It may some times be slightly warm
Q: What are some typical capacity of general purpose AA batteries?
A: Alkaline= 1000 mAhr
A: NiMH= 1900 mAhr(rechargeable)
A: NiZinc= 2600 mAhr(recharagable)
Q: How do I charge/power My device from the Little Black Battery Box?
A: Install the batteries and use the 30 pin to USB cable that came with your Apple
product, plug it into the USB and the 30 pin port then turn on the battery pack.
