We have a 30 day exchange policy (No Returns), if your product arrives and is not working properly you have 30 days to contact us and we will either repair or replace the defective item.
Item must be in original packaging.

Manufacturer 1 year parts and labor warranty on Quickertek External Batteries/and or chargers.
Manufacturer 1 year parts and labor warranty on Apple Juicz Solar Pak & iPad Solar panel Charger.

You will pay for any shipping charges to us, (must have a tracking number)  and we will ship repaired item or new exchanged item back to you.
