We have a 45 day exchange policy (No Returns), if your product arrives and is not working properly you have 45 days to contact us and we will either repair or replace the defective item.

You will pay for any shipping charges to us, (must have a tracking number) and we will ship repaired item or new exchanged item back to you.

All of our lights can be returned within 30 days. This gives you enough time to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If returned all you will have to pay is the shipping costs.
3 Year Manufacturer Warranty:
Three year warranty backing all of Guru Grow Lights. If one breaks down just contact manufacturer, with a picture if possible. They will pay for shipping both ways. As soon as They have received notice that you have shipped the broken lights they may be able to immediately ship out a replacement light, before receiving the broken one, assuming that they have enough confirmation that it is on its way (tracking number, picture of box about to be shipped, etc). they want to guarantee your up-time.
